Exercises for your neck while driving

Keeping your neck in the same position (eyes on the road for driving) for prolonged periods can cause stiffness and pain in the neck at the end of a long journey or cumulatively over a period of several weeks. Doing simple mobilization exercises can prevent neck stiffness and resultant pain. Since these exercises can result in taking your eyes off the road, it is strongly recommended that you do these exercises while at a signal or during a break.
